Between the administration of the urban district of Khimki, Moscow Region and Foundation " Institute for Urban Economics " signed a contract for the
research work on the development of the project " Programme of integrated socio- economic development of the urban district of Khimki until 2030 ."
Implementation of the project is planned as the development of the document containing interconnected on the goals, objectives , resources and timing of the system of production , socio- economic, organizational , economic and other activities.
The project will take place in four stages:
The first stage - Analysis of the current socio -economic situation and development priorities of the urban district .
The second stage - Formation of the target scenario of socio- economic development of the urban district of Khimki in the long term , strategic choice ( priority ) areas for development.
The third stage - Development Program as a system of measures and activities , the implementation of which will implement the target scenario
socio- economic development of the urban district of Khimki and achievement of objectives in the long term .
Fourth stage - Completion Program in accordance with the comments received .
