Experts of IUE are widely known scientific works and practical developments, trained in modern research methods and have rich experience of cooperation with municipalities in creation of programs of socio-economic development.

The purpose of the formation of the IUE Endowment and use the income is funding the activities of Institute in the field of science, including research, development, analytical, methodological and scientifically-based legislative support measures and mechanisms aimed at improving social and economic efficiency meet the needs of citizens.
